Refund Policy
Refunds are decided at the management's discretion. Please note that refunds could be subject to at least a 50% admin charge associated with efforts to sell the ticket. To protect the player experience, no refunds will be given after Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 6:00 PM CST.
If a registered individual player cannot be placed on a country team, Austin World Cup will offer either placement on the waitlist for a future tournament or a refund, at the participant's choice.
If a registered team's proposed country or tournament place is not approved, Austin World Cup will offer a refund of the team's registration fee.
To request a refund, contact info@austinworldcup.com with your registration details. Refunds are reviewed and processed individually by the tournament admin.
Registration does not guarantee entry into the United States for international participants, and travel or visa issues outside Austin World Cup's control are not grounds for a refund. See the Terms, Waiver & Code of Conduct page for details.
