Information We Collect
When you register, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, jersey sizes, playing positions, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers). Captains also provide contact information for their roster.
How We Use It
We use this information to process registrations and payments, assign individual players to teams, communicate tournament updates, publish schedules and standings, and administer the tournament. Player and team names may be displayed publicly on the website (schedule, standings, groups, bracket).
Sharing
We do not sell participant information. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We may share information with the venue or referees as needed to run the tournament.
